With the exception of items that are inclusive of postage and packing costs, please add the following:-

£2.50 for each single item ordered.

£3.00 for shoes, sandals, men's blazers, go-kart.

£4.00 for Trolley Bags.

£6.50 per set of bowls.

All other orders by value:- under £30, add £2.50; £31-£50, add £3.75; £51-£100, add £5.25; over £100, add £7.00.

These postage prices are for UK Mainland only. For any orders received from other destinations we will confirm the postage costs with you prior to processing your order.

UK Mainland includes England, Wales and Scotland only. This excludes Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, Northern Ireland, Irish Republic, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands

Carriage costs for overseas orders:
All overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail at the cheapest possible rates.

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all prices quoted on this web site are correct it is possible that occasional errors may occur. If the store publish a price that is later discovered to be incorrect they reserve the right not to sell the goods at that price. The customer will be contacted by e-mail, prior to payment being taken, and advised of the discrepancy. It will then be the customer's decision as to whether they wish to proceed with the purchase.

Goods will only be despatched upon receipt and clearance of full payment. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery.

The store will endeavour to have any order delivered to the customer within 14-21 days. This timescale is a service commitment from the store to its customers and as such the store accepts no responsibility for delays that are beyond its control nor shall the customer be due any compensation, either monetary or otherwise, due to deliveries which are not received within 14-21 days.

The store maintain a large stock of goods but if any part of an order is temporarily out of stock the remainder of the order, if applicable, will be shipped and an e-mail advice sent to the customer advising an estimated delivery date for any missing item(s). The customer may choose to cancel the missing item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail advice.

Upon clearance of full payment, and subject to availability and price checking, the ordered goods will be dispatched to the address quoted by the customer. The store accepts no liability for undelivered or misdelivered items due to the customer supplying incorrect address details.
